I have over 25 years in the real estate practice, initially as an attorney, dealing with estates, contracts, commercial, residential, and foreclosure related affairs. Her law practice led me to become a Real Estate Broker, which become my passion since 2008.
My Broker career started just at the beginning of Puerto Rico economic recession. From a resale market to a foreclosure and underwater market. We adapted and strive! Today I handle as an exclusive broker, foreclosure properties, short sales and became a BPO/CMA expert.
In 2016, became part of the Re/Max family,
under the franchisee name Re/Max Zone, established at the Capital City, San
Juan. Indeed, everything I was looking for. A respectable company, centered in
helping Sellers, Buyers and Agents reached their goals.
On 2017, Hurricane Maria hit the Island, but only showed how strong we were, striving amidst the chaos, we stood up to the challenge, lending a helping hand and becoming part of the movement “Puerto Rico se LEVANTA!” (Puerto RIco RISES).
